The Kitchen is spacious with quartz surfaces and fully equipped with Bosch electric oven, Bosch induction hob, Zanussi Fridge with freezer compartment and a Hoover washer/dryer.  There is a Dualit Toaster and Kettle, Nespresso Machine and we supply tea, coffee capsules, milk, eggs, and breakfast cereal.  There is plenty of worktop space and is well equipped for all your culinary needs including plates etc, cutlery, saucepans, cafetiere, tea pot etc.,

There is a large two seater, sumptuous sofa with cushions and blanket, arm chair, large glass coffee table, cast iron wood burner with some kindling and logs supplied and an oak drop leaf table with two dining chairs.  There is a wall mounted Samsung Frame TV with built in Alexa and comes with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ together with fast Wifi, 

The bedroom has a traditional dorm style metal king size bed with memory foam mattress, Egyptian cotton sheets and goose down duvet and pillows, two bedside tables, wall mounted reading lamps, two built-in wardrobes and an oak dressing table with mirror and velux window with black out blind.

The private bathroom situated off the bedroom, is fully tiled with part under floor heating, traditional washbasin with chrome stand, WC, Aquas Electric Shower with waterfall head together with handheld hose and heated towel rail.  Luxury towels are provided together with waffle robes and miniatures of soap, shampoo, body wash and body lotion.

Red Kite Barn has electric underfloor heating throughout, a wood burner, wood effect luxury vinyl flooring,  full internet access with free Super Fast Wi-Fi.

Red Kite Barn has its own private gated entrance and garden with uninterrupted views over the Sussex Countryside.  There is a wood fired hot tub (Hamman Towels are also provided), sun loungers, table and chairs situated under a vine covered pagoda, Weber BBQ and  Fire Pit together with its own glass house with table and benches (for the incremental British weather).

Red Kite Barn is located just outside the village of Staplefield, where you will discover a typical village green with cricket pitch and two pubs.  A short drive away is Nymans Gardens National Trust, Borde Hill and Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens as well as a host of local restaurants.  A little further afield you can explore Brighton (30 minutes) or the historic town of Lewes (25 minutes) as well as Horsham & Haywards Heath.  London is only 40 minutes away by train (London Victoria or London Bridge).
